What a horrible customer service experience! Walking in for an appointment at 2pm, I was met with the dour and bored expression of "April" the "Customer Service Advocate." She clearly did not want to be working today and struggled with mere courtesy in a service-oriented industry.
Bordering on the abrupt and downright rude, she stated my glass repair on my Camaro would take "at least 2-3 hours." This is not told to you when you make the appointment; there is an air of exhausted irritation about the entire operation.
Read the other reviews. I was just told that Safelite does not offer PPG windshields... Safelite (and this particular shop on Raintree) is clearly in dire need of retraining in customer service.
