I never made it into the clinic for the exam... but I feel so frustrated with front desk that I feel it my due diligence to leave a review and let the doctors know... I called and tried to schedule an appointment for my cat and front desk was very pushy and sassy. They wanted to create a cat profile (over the phone) which in my opinion is totally useless until the day of the appointment. They wanted all this information as if I didn't have a job or things to do. Scheduling an appointment should be hassle free and quick. After I said I would call at a later time they still called again insisting on creating the profile and when I told the lady I was driving with my son in the car that I would give all the information later on in person she continued on to ask questions. SO BIZARRE. Which ultimately led me to not come in at all. I think it is very unnecessary to create a profile over the phone when you can do it in person. It's also a waste of their time to gather all this information for the client not to show up... I decided on a different clinic and hope that my review will be looked at and things can change.... BTW I worked at a vet clinic and have never heard of gathering every single detail over the phone that's why you have forms when you come in to gather patient history, owner info, etc etc
