| - So far, so good. They are dog friendly, we have a 60 pound dog. The neighbors aren't all great at cleaning up after their 4-legged friends, but the management tries to find out who and address it. The units are older, my cabinets are pretty bad, sort of embarrassing, but I didn't buy this place, it's just a place to call home until we find our next house. The pool is very nice, and it's been open for weeks with no issue, not sure why others say it's closed often. The gym is nice too. Some of my nearby neighbors are thumbs-down, but most are fantastic and friendly...that's always apartment life. Some people are just not great neighbors and we live closer in apts than in homes. The attached garages are fantastic, and there aren't other, well kept, 2 car attached apts in this school zone, and who also allow larger dogs. This is why we landed here and got lucky that a 3 bed in a great area of the community became available at the right time. The office handles issues quickly, and the gentleman who has serviced my maintenance requests each time is so nice. There is still a car with no plates hogging a space and collecting dust, despite my telling the office. Fortunately there are usually enough spaces, or I can always park in the drive in front of my garage. I'll update my review should anything get a lot better, or worse...hoping not, but I am transparent on all reviews.
