  • I'm giving this location the three stars for the employee that always helps me with my Returns and always, always has a smile on her face. If it weren't for her, I'd give them 0 stars. The employees here are always MIA or are walking around zooming past you. Just last week, I was asking this heavy set employee if she had a certain planner punch item in stock. I was pointing to where it was and she was just standing there and made a motion with her face to go towards the back. I said is that the ---- brand cuz that's the one I'm looking for, the one over this aisle. And then without even moving an inch or barely even making eye contact with me, she just says "then we don't have it." Ummm ok... she was very rude and clearly didn't seem like she wanted to work that day. Needless to say, I will probably be avoiding this location if at all possible or at least avoid that employee.
