| - I can't say enough about my experience with Dr. Sam Bailey. I was referred to him by my PCP, after no progress could be made with a stubborn sinus infection. After trying more antibiotic therapy with Dr. Bailey, a CT scan showed that I had infection and polyps and needed surgery. The entire pre-op experience went smoothly. He was caring, kind and took time to explain things and answer all my questions. I never felt rushed and he was always reassuring. The day of surgery, he again answered my questions and was very comforting. He had told me I would have little/no pain after surgery and I jokingly accused him of lying to me. He said, "I don't lie. I am being honest. You will do fine". And I did! The post-op recovery was way better than I imagined it would be. I had zero pain post-op. I was NOT looking forward to the post-op visit 5 days after surgery to remove the splints and suction out remaining clots, but again, it was so much easier than I thought it would be. He took his time and reassured me throughout the entire visit. Hey, no one wants sinus surgery, but in hindsight, it was a much better experience than I could have imagined, thanks to Dr. Bailey. Shout to to his MA, Mindy, too! She was great!
