  • Let me start by saying, this was VERY unprofessional! I called requesting for records. A woman named Melody answered the phone and was UNBELIEVABLY RUDE! Melody had an attitude the entire phone call, and was talking back to me like a was a child and she did it intentionally. Regardless if she was having a terrible morning or not, customer service in this industry is ESSENTIAL. I am so disappointed in my experience.
