  • B&C is the main camera store in Vegas and I've been a patron for years. But I've seen a definite decline since they moved to the new store. The helpful staff seems to have been replaced by snotty salesmen who seem to look down on you. This year I've purchased two Canon 5D Mark III's and two L series lens- totaling $10k from them. Yet when I tried to return a gift (for store credit no receipt) I was shouted down because I didn't have 'proof' the items were purchased there- even though the first clerk was happy to issue a store credit. Very disappointed. I'm just going to buy online in the future and avoid the hassle.
