| - So yes, VT IS pricey considering the neighborhood it's located in especially when there are so many apartments all over Vegas. But after living there for over a year, I realized that by living in VT, you're basically paying for the location convenience.
Pro:
-It's located near UNLV, near the Strip, and near so many restaurants/groceries/gas stations.
-The apartments are very spacious!
-Gym
-Great variety of lounges! They have a business lounge on the first floor by the leasing office, a clubhouse lounge facing the pool, and a lounge with TVs, ping pong table, and iMacs on the second floor.
-Friendly and helpful security guards and custodians
Con:
-Very pricey, especially when the promotional discount ends
-Slow construction (Ex. Pool has been under construction for as long as I can remember which prevented me from using it for over half the time there)
-Elevators always breaking down
Overall, it's not a bad place to live post-graduation. Nice way to transition!
