  • Horrible customer service. Went by the drive thru today just to wait 10 minutes for someone to get my order & then after that had to repeat my order 4 times due to the person at the window not listen (& I know this because they would be talking to someone else) I ended up just leaving. Last week I also saw two employees arguing at the drive thru window while I waited for my change back. The food is still good but the customer service is horrible enough that I live in the area & rather travel to Huntersville for some Bojangles.
