  • So the people are super friendly, but when the guy came over to sell me a new air filter, I asked for the price. He said $12.99...I said ok, I'll take one. I even said "are you sure it's not like $20".. He said "nope, $12.99" my bill comes and it's $24.99 and I said no, he said it was $12.99. The guy says, well that's wrong. I was just amazed!!! He never said, our bad...I can take $10 off??? Or, here's a coupon for next time....NOTHING! I should have said, take it out!!! Never again!
