If I could rate the customer service in the store lower than 1 star, I would.
Since moving to Charlotte in 2012, I have tried my best to support this location. Time and again, I have been met with surly clerks, managers who do not care about the treatment that we get at the point of sale, and floor clerks who always have a "bigger name on the other line" with their earpiece.
I may be in the minority, but I prefer to spend money on my hobby at locations who actually appreciate my business.
Total Wine, it won't matter to you that I'm gone since it didn't matter to you that I was there. In any event, your location is off-limits for my family.
