  • Super fast and friendly service. Didn't try and sell me a bunch of extra stuff. Tech took time to thoroughly explain the issue and show me stuff about my house I didn't know. I didn't think service like this existed these days anymore, but it does here. 15 days later a/c issues came back. Rescheduling was no problem except they gave me a window of 12-2 one afternoon and called me at 1 saying they would be there at two. That sounds an awful lot like a 12-3 window. Had to reschedule for another day.
