  • Sigh! My first visit here was awesome. Today I went back for visit number two. I paid $60 for a deluxe pedi and normal mani. At first, everyone was chatty and nice but the mood shifted once it got busier. I had to have my nails fixed twice by the staff because the polish was done incorrectly. (It was just clear but they 'goofed' the manicure so the polish kept bubbling). No apologies or anything...and I waited 30 mins after my services for a eyebrow wax...that never came! The man who did my pedi kept telling me to 'relax as stores are open until midnight for shopping.' He knew I wanted a wax as I asked twice for one. I explained that I lived in AZ and had to go soon...but no one wanted t help me. People who walked in were handled but not me. (After a wax a woman complained that they should give pain meds after that...maybe I am glad they did not wax me!) I paid and left without bing happy at all. I tipped 40% visit 1 and 10% visit 2. Frankly, I will not return and advise everyone to go elsewhere. There has to be a better spot in Vegas than this. Seriously! It is a shame because I think they mean well but this was BAD.
