  • From the first phone call via 'Ring' customer service (also excellent), I have nothing, but praise. Continual updating via email and text. My tech, Andrew was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, kind, professional - a caring human being - rare in this industry. He even arrived an hour earlier than the 6pm texted time which didn't infringe upon dinner. He showed me some other cool apps to accompany my Ring and other home automation. Kudos. Cannot recommend Hello Tech highly enough. A+ experience.
