  • I wrote a negative review for this business back in March due to a bad experience when I brought my mom for a birthday present but I felt it necessary to revise said feedback since they are now under new ownership with a talented new staff. I went back today and met Tran, who had contacted me to apologise for the terrible service I had received and she extended an offer to come give them another chance, which I accepted and to be honest I'm very glad I did. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure and Tran did an excellent job, very thorough and gentle. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed, and told me about how she had come to own the place while I enjoyed the massage chair. The place is gorgeous; high ceilings, huge chandelier, lots of space and massage chairs. Best way to describe it would be elegant?. My nails look great (I got complimented a few times at a store afterwards) and I will definitely be a repeat customer. I will probably even bring my mom back to pay her back for listening to me complain the last time.
