  • The flight was on time but it took a while to have everyone board. Not sure what the issue was but boarding was a very slow progress. Once on the plane and up in the air the flight was very smooth for the most part. They only served drinks.. No snacks we were on a 3.5 hour flight and only given one drink isn't enough. They also charged $25 for checked bags and $14 for wi-fi for the time of our flight. In all it hasn't been a terrible experience but there's always room for improvement.
