  • Due to unfortunate circumstances with my first and last roommate, I have to say goodbye to this absolutely wonderful community! :( I've been here for 13 months and haven't had any problems. Of course throughout my stay I've had occasional maintenance issues (shower rod loosened, light bulb replacement, and air filters) non of which weren't answered and completed quickly. Elvis, the maintenance guy, is quick and always professional. The community is always kept clean and well groomed and there's a security guard that walks around at night! Not gonna lie, he's startled me a couple times as I've gotten out of my car late at night, but id rather it be him than anyone else! Lol The office staff.... Nanette & Adia, you ladies are always such in the best mood and always so welcoming. You're always helpful with anything i need, whether it be a package or just a question. Definitely isn't a surprise that I signed a new lease to your sister property @ the resort! Definitely will be sad leaving this property. You're crazy not to experience the life at esplanade!
