  • Horrible customer service. I asked for the price for an item that didn't have a tag. The staff sat there and argued about who who going to get the price of the item. Hector, the loss prevention guy came over with a nasty attitude. Like I'm sorry you actually have to WORK Hector! You can tell he hates his job and didn't want to be there. Throw the whole store away. I will go out of my way to another Ross. DO BETTER!
