  • This store does not honour prices on their website. I came in looking for a modem priced on the site for 19.99, found it in the glass case, and I asked the employee for it. I handed him my phone with the item displayed on it from their website. He muttered that the price was wrong on the website and muttered something inaudible to the other guy and walked away from me. So I asked the other guy if he could get it for me and he said it was the wrong price and that they couldn't sell it for less than 29.99. There was zero apology, it was so matter of fact. My brother has had the same experience here in the past. Brutal customer service. I don't think I will ever go there again. Waste of time and rude staff.
