Don't fall for their "BOGO" in the Optical Dept. I did and encountered that the doctor was running 45 minutes behind, would have been longer if the appt before me wouldn't have gotten sick of waiting and left. The waiting area was full of loud children and a man in his 40's that obviously didn't know it's rude to pass gas in public (loud and stinky!!!). The doctor was nice and thorough and they had a good selection of frames, although they were a tad on the pricier side. What disappointed me was that if you have insurance (and mine only paid about $25 of a $280 bill) that the bogo does not apply. That was the ONLY reason why I choose a department store optical center over a speciality practice. Had I known that I wouldn't have never made an appt....they conveniently tell you this at the end, AFTER you spend an hour in the exam room and time picking out the perfect frame......scam!
