Don't move in here. The gates letting you into the apartment complex sometimes don't work. And it's ghetto central. I'm currently listening to two black girls screaming and fighting each other at....1 am.
Also the garages are so tiny and poorly placed you have to learn how to park correctly or mess your car up.
I liked how hidden it was, until I realized I got a preview of the hood by living here. Solicitors dwell here, people looking into your apartment. They only accept electronic payments or checks, but don't give you your final bill until after the 20th, so if you send an electronic check/cashiers check you can get screwed over if it doesn't come in time. Definitely not ideal for doctors or people who get paid monthly on the first and need a few days for the balance to transfer into the account.
Overall, I was so excited to have a renovated apartment that was secluded. But the first apartment I had was complete trash, the upstairs neighbors caused water damaged to my walls, and carpet and made the apartment stink. The sewer system was stinky. I had to call maintenance about 7 times within a few months. They said it's because the apartments are brand new but I lived in a 1970s town home better than this. People would use my wall to jump the gate so they transferred me for free. Overall this apartment is better. But now I have to deal with the house wives of Atlanta every now and then. Security is a joke.
Oh and they barely ever have cups for the coffee machine. BYOC
EDIT: I just read other reviews and realized there is mold growing in my bath tub too! Calling the office, I will no longer be paying rent until the issue is resolved.
And they pay up the ass in water, garbage, and a bill fee LOL.
