  • We selected Julia Grambo as our realtor upon recommendation from a family member. We are first time home-buyers, using a VA loan, and found Julia not only knowledgeable about the VA process (and has the education and certification behind it), but also advocated for us as buyers in a extremely hot Las Vegas housing market. Her upbeat, on-the-ball, attitude is what also attracted us. We could always get in touch with her, she responded within minutes, if not seconds of our questions being sent. Buying a home for the first time is SCARY, but with Julia behind us we made it possible! She encouraged us to look at homes we never thought we wanted (but ended up getting one, and we LOVE IT!).
