I purchased two 60 minute massages on Groupon for $13 a piece. So imagine my surprise when I walk in to this establishment and there's a sign stating that there's a $10 tip for the service. When we initially saw the sign (before the massage) I told my husband, "We ain't paying that." So imagine my surprise when my husband hands them a $20 before I could snatch it back (I'll deal with him later).
Here's my problem: How dare you "demand" (via a sign) that someone tip 76% of a service rendered. So this guy can tear up my back, and still get the same tip, whether or not he put forth any effort at all.
