  • Today I brought my car in again and after having been a loyal customer for almost two years this was my last time. The past three occasions I brought my car in I always request the ultimate hand wash, after tip and service it comes to about $40 which I wouldn't mind if my car was done appropriately. Yet, each of these times the car is given to me looking worse each time. I don't feel that I should have to ask the attendants to please finish cleaning the bugs off the front of my car after they already told me it was ready. When I get in my car I noticed that nothing had even been touched on the inside. So guess who was cleaning the car further once arriving home and paying for service??? Me!!! Not to mention every time I have brought my vehicle in the glass company that is connected with the car wash tells me I have a " chip" in my windshield. The first time I ever came to the carwash I fell for this scam. Then it happened every single time since. I work for dealers and my car is serviced regularly by a reputable large dealership and there is not one chip in my windshield!! So I think they are scamming people's insurance companies left and right and should be shut down!! It's illegal and not right! So no I will not be recommending or going back to Seven Hills Car Wash again. I even called and spoke to Miguel the manager and he seemed more concerned about just giving me a car wash then the issues ongoing. Buyer Beware!
