Its my last night here in Toronto and I'm looking on my phone to figure out where I should head to after dinner and I come along to a review of this place. It wasn't too far from where I was staying. Hidden on a creepy street and served sazeracs? I had to go check it out. I've only been to Kensington during the day, at night it was way different, super quiet and empty. I go into the kensington mall and two men in black turn their heads and look at me, I guess they were the bouncers. I just smiled and keep walking to the door with the red light overhead. I go in and hip hop music was blasting. It was empty sort of, few people on the bar and a couple at a table. I sit at the bar and look around. Old school asian posters every where on the walls, some I even recognized from growing up. Bartender comes along and smiles, I order a sazerac. It was perfect. Next I order a manhattan, served in a coupe and it was great. They even cure their own cherries, it almost tasted like it was a luxardo cherry. By now the music was pumping and more people filtered in. It was my time to go.
