  • Treatments here are good, but they lack customer service and competency. I came in once for a treatment, but it was tough to schedule because they don't have much availability. Ran into this problem again, so it has been a couple of months since I've visited. I made an appointment over the phone for 5:00 p.m. Upon arrival, no one is at the front desk. I wait about 5 minutes and a girl comes out, just looking confused. She looks up my information and claims that I don't have an appointment and they don't even do treatments past 4:30 p.m. anyway. She's giving me this look like I'm supposed to know this? I just came when I was told to! She wasn't very personable or apologetic and simply asked if I'd like to make an appointment for another time and she'd comp it. I declined. Plenty of great beauty providers around Las Vegas. I'll go somewhere else.
