Two or three days after I posted my initial review a representative from the company called me to talk about my experience. She apologized, and informed me that they would be sending me a refund card. I told her it was not necessary, I greatly appreciated it. The card arrived within a week, and happened to be for more than the initial charge. I am really impressed with this gesture; it's rare that businesses go out of their way to do that, and lose potential profit.
When I had items to be cleaned I brought them in, and the dresses looked great! They really lived up to the reputation they have as being the best. I spend a lot on the clothing I have, so I'm glad that my initial experience was a fluke, and I can bring them here and not have to worry that my clothing will be ruined like at a cheap cleaner.
