  • After my AC had been out a week, it was finally determined the problem was electrical. Sunbelt Electric was referred to me by my home warranty. The technician responded within hours of the order by my home warranty. The technician came out the next morning, due to the height and position of the AC unit he did not feel safe changing out the wires without safety equipment. The tech stated he would back as soon as he could with the safety equipment. As promised, Frank, the electrician arrived early the next morning. He was able to fix the problem without the safety equipment and even made sure the AC was working before he left. I found all who responded to be friendly, respectful and professional.
