rev:text	I have used this service on several occasions. The first time was to do a leak check on my jacuzzi. The second time was to do a leak check on my pool. The technician found a leak in the skimmer in both the jacuzzi and the swimming pool. I spent about $1500 on the leak detection and the repair. The jacuzzi leak got fixed but the swimming pool continued to leak. I then spent another $300 for a leak detection and another $450 for a repair which has not worked. It has been two weeks and the technician has not come out to fix this problem. Today the technician was scheduled but did not show up probably because the supervisor is prioritizing new jobs which earn the company money ahead of repairs of bad quality jobs which obviously they have to do for free. This is the worst service I have ever had from any company. I will NEVER use their service again. Also the lady who answered the phone her name was Kathryn was suspicious about me and asked me how I knew the water level was going down, she was rude to me on the phone. She asked for my email address so she could send me the report and also my credit card she needed as it was incorrect. I gave it to her asked, her to email me copy and she never did. I can only image how she is with other clients. She is very disrespectful, I will never, ever use this company again. Your review helps others learn about great local businesses.
