  • Complete cl*ster f^ck of an operation! Not, repeat not located at airport; you have to take a shuttle (minivan) to their off-site location FROM the central McCarren rental car location...shuttle didn't show up on Sunday after 20 minute wait. Ended up taking a taxi to their location. Waited for 20 minutes to get the car...said we weren't in their system, even though we had a confirmation number. Lady that took our information was downright rude as hell. Car was decent. Upon departure, same problems in reverse. You have to take a shuttle back to the rental car center to take another shuttle to the airport. Bottomline: If you value your time, convenience, sanity, or customer service, DO NOT use this rental car company. Sincerely, Lt Col David Atkinson, AD, USAF
