Unfortunately, my car was hit at the end of January this year. The person who hit me took 100% responsibility, and her insurance let me choose the repair shop. I decided to take my Prius to this location. I had previously taken my old VW Bug to the Rancho location about 4 years ago and they did an amazing job.
All in all, the service was great. The text message updates were awesome as well. My only complaint is that when I went to pick up my car after 2 weeks, there was a paint scratch on the back that was not there before. I was told I could bring it back later on, so I did and they buffed it out no problem. Then about a week later, I realized that the taillight they replaced had a chip in the inner corner. Not a huge deal, but I'd rather it be fixed 100% considering my car is basically brand new and it was not chipped before the accident... They did end up ordering a new taillight and completely replaced the chipped one. It did take a few weeks but it got done and my car looks great!
