I slammed another business, so it's only fair that I give kudos to the good guys out there. You may spend a few extra minutes when you pick up your ride, but it's worth the wait. These guys don't see you as an ATM when you walk in the door. They see the value in treating people well so that they actually come back. Loyal customers will make a business a lot of money.
They give you discounts and specials without making you print the stuff out. They'll offer you bundles and packages instead of charging you with the regular price over and over again. They even zip-tied the cheap-o fender liners on my old Subaru (if you have one, you know what I'm talking about). The dealer wanted 120 bucks for one; these guys did them both without even charging me a nickel for the ties. How sweet is that?
And they gave us an extra 5% off for using a Firestone card. My wife's dealership is great to her for oil changes, but we're hitting these guys for everything else.
