  • I had been constantly having issues with our A.C. unit since our previous company installed it in 2012. Previous tech's were dishonest and never fixed the issue. Called Emergency Air and had a tech at out our home right away. Crow was courteous, professional, and very friendly to my family and even our dogs liked him. (Always growled at old techs). He explained every step and test he conducted and even took video of the work he did on the roof. I will only use Emergency Air from here on out and will always request Crow Rice as my technician. I have referred everyone I know to Crow and will continue to do so.
