rev:text	This airport is a madhouse and in constant chaos. There is no "flow" to the direction people are moving in. Getting to your gate is like fighting for your life during Black Friday shopping. The airline staff, specifically for American Airlines today, were also incredibly rude and displayed a complete lack of customer service skills.
