  • Food is Five Star at this place. Went for dinner, and was delighted to have dim sum available. The carts came around often enough to provide nice choices. Also ordered two dinner dishes. Sizzling platter beef and mushroom was very flavorful. The beef cubes were almost crispy (not breaded) on the outside yet absolutely tender and juicy on the inside. The Stir Fried oyster in XO Sauce hit the spot. Just enough heat with the oysters fresh and tender. Well done, Orchids Garden.
