rev:text	I'm a first time client and I made an appointment online which was an awesome capability I thought. I travel for work and I am very busy so being able to make an appointment at my leisure was awesome. Unfortunately when I got there, they couldn't find my appointment because they were having problems with their system. In their defense, I did see a stylist promptly. The salon was clean and well kept the sink bowls however, though nice are positioned oddly so my neck hurt as I was getting my hair washed. Please fix your online appointment capabilities, people like myself who are busy and travel LOVE being able to do things online :) this service (to me) sets you apart.
