  • I'm still a fan of this place, but what happened tonight made me a little sad. I ordered a tiramisu cup ($7.99) and a matcha cup ($6.99) to go, then my brother and I sat down at the two person table closest to the counter and waited for our order. I saw what looked like our order, except that someone else went to the counter and the man at the counter gave it to that lady. I looked at the man at the counter slightly confused, because I thought that lady came in after us. Had she ordered the same thing, I should have received my order first. I thought the man at the counter made eye contact with me while this was going on as well, but he handed the two cups to the lady. She then walked away. About thirty seconds to a minute after, she returned to the counter with the order she had picked up, saying that she didn't think it was her order. At that, I turned around and said it was my order. The man then gave me the two cups the lady had walked away with. While I don't think she spat in my cup, for such a delicate product, I'm not sure how I feel about the order being returned and then given to me as if it were fresh. I mean, I would feel bad if they made me a new one, but I also don't think it was quite right for them to just give me returns when I wasn't the one who made a mistake. Also, now I've tried their tiramisu, matcha, and injeolmi flavors. Tiramisu is my least favorite.
