My wife was serviced by Desert View for 3 years.. Management changed several times during that period. Each time services got worst. Nurses would call late at night to schedule an appointment for the next day. On most occasions they would arrive a half to an hour late. Within the last year of service on 2 occasion did not have the necessary supplies needed to perform service sent to do. Earlier this year I was contacted by a company hired by Medicare to evaluate Desert Views services for my wife. I answered their questions honestly. My wife was admitted to the hospital for 3 days in April. Upon getting home t called Desert View to come to change my wife's foley. Two days went by without hearing from them, so I called again. The person answering my call transferred me to the director of nursing. She informed me that she was told I wasn't satisfied with there service, therefore should contact another company to change my wife's foley. They would no longer be available to service my wife. My wife's doctor even called Desert View to provide at least one last service, they refused. They left a mentally & physically handicapped person out cold. Instead of trying to improve service, they get rid of patients that don't keep silent on there shortcomings. Not very professional or caring company.
