  • This is the worst customer service company for any specialized product in Las Vegas. They treat people like second-class citizens if you're not a customer. I had called in advance regarding their products and services to drive to their location clear across town only to find out that they do not want to provide any services unless you buy one of their expensive specific fans. They failed to disclose any important facts over the phone until you waste your time getting to the store only to be disappointed and having to deal with rude sales people in their stores. Their products are way overpriced. You are better off going to a Lowes Home Depot or even Walmart for a fan. I would never buy anything from this company simply because their managers and employees are very rude and all lack in customer service.
