I had mixed emotions when my Dr. moved from their own practice to One Medical. For one, I was completely satisfied with the service by the staff and of course the Dr. over the years, and two, I wasn't really excited about having to pay an annual fee to see a Dr. At first I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I was provided during my visit in person, however when it came to phone call follow-ups with the staff regarding prescriptions they seemed completely disinterested in helping resolve my issues, and more concerned to get off the phone. On multiple occasions they chose not to be prompt in processing my information between them and the pharmacy causing me to have to go out of pocket on my prescriptions. Unfortunate to lose my favorite Dr., but the hassles with the unconcerned staff and the annual fee make it worth looking elsewhere.
