  • Wont be buying from them again. A waste of $20 bucks and a snarky attitude from (Im assuming owner) online. It was my first time ordering through them and I was actually really excited to start another location in my hometown. However, thats where my excitement stopped. I woke up and drove to the pick up location given on the website. The directions are wrong on their website however...no biggie right...its 2015, use your GPS...however, cell service out there is spotty. K, not BB fault. When I followed the directions for over 20 minutes I realized I wasnt finding the place, at this point it was well over the pick up time so I left empty handed. At this point, I still really wasnt annoyed, just annoyed that I couldnt get service and get correct directions! I left kind of irked that I wasnt able to pick up my stuff and posted on FB for better directions (I realized when I got home and checked that the directions were posted opposite of what they should be, leading me in the wrong direction) I was met with a snarky attitude from the BB FB person. Its pretty safe to assume that when directions are posted online that they are correct, all I was asking was to update them so future people dont get confused...I dont need attitude from the owner!! The irony in this whole thing, is they tell you online in big bold letters that this is a volunteer run thing and dont be rude to anyone. Little did I know the owners were the rude ones. There are many produce delivery options out there and I would rather pay a little more for better customer service. BYE FELICIA.
