| - I have never really been a fan of this place - it's too crowded, the staff isn't very friendly, and it's impossible to get an appointment.
However, they have now moved (on the same property) to the building that houses SMA urgent care, OB/GYN and adult medicine. The office space is brand new and there is a lot more seating.
It boggles my mind how face to face service people can hate their jobs so much. Time to step back, take a deep breath and remember that it's not THAT bad. I am sure (since I also work in the customer service field) that you deal with clueless, annoying people - but, just chill out! Try and smile and be helpful.
I've never had any problems with any of the phlebotomists not being able to draw blood or anything. In fact, they are usually professional and quick.
I can not stress enough how much I recommend making an appointment, if possible. It really makes the process much, much easier. 90% of the people who are there are walk-ins, and if you don't have an appointment, you will be waiting a long time. Unfortunately, appointments can only be made via their website, and are really not available last minute.
