Stood in line earlier today for 15 minutes. 3 employees working, each employee was with a customer, and I was the only other customer in the store. No one acknowledged me and it seemed like I was invisible. I left, and returned a couple hours later to see if anyone was available. I wanted to purchase a Jeff Lewis fan deck, but was told that they don't have them and they also don't have any color swatches. The only option to view the Jeff Lewis colors is a small brochure with the colors the size of a dime. The employee was rude and clearly did not want to help me.
The Jeff Lewis colors are great, it is unfortunate that Dunn Edwards is the only retail location to purchase the paint. Every time I have been to this Dunn Edwards location, I leave appalled by the horrendous customer service. Definitely lost a sale today as I planned on purchasing paint for entire house.
