  • Party of Eight, forget the service! Kids love going to Rainforest Cafe and if you're meeting up with friends with a party of eight or more, the gratuity will already be included on the bill, so the service itself will be slow to nonexistence! The food was good, I ordered the wrap and the rest ordered steak, salad and four kids meal. As I mentioned food was good and the kids enjoyed the ICEE drink with toys, so they were more occupied with the toy than the food. After we have received our meal, the waitress disappeared into the jungle and we had to call on other waitresses to assist us with water, A1 sauce, and other stuff. She came back after a few servers had helped us and she said she was busy with other tables! Like I said she probably knew she was getting a fat 18% on a $140 tab and didn't really care much to service our table. If it weren't for the food and the kids having a good time, this would be a ONE STAR.
