  • The website said that cat nail trimming did not need an appointment and that the grooming hours were 7am-9pm 7 days a week, but when I got there on Saturday morning they told me that they only take cats from 8am-2pm Monday-Thursday and that I would need an appointment. What is the point of posting information about services and hours on the website if it's not true? They've lost my business.
