| - I have been a resident of the Overlook for about 5 years. I wanted to share my experience I have had here as a tenant. I have had an outstanding experience with your staff. Please see below:
Dee is the nicest, sweetest, most caring, patient, sympathetic, professional leasing manager I have ever encountered in my life. She has been so patient with me and I really appreciate it. She always has a solution to any problem and is happy to make you feel well taken care of with her can do attitude. Part of the reason I continue living here is the exceptional customer service I receive. Dee plays a big part of this.
Mallory is so sweet and hardworking. It is so nice to see how well she gets along with everybody here. You definitely feel the love with her. She is so sweet, kind, patient, and absolutely lovely to deal with.
Ellis - WHAT. A. SWEETHEART!!!!! Ellis is truly one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. He is perfect here. He always listens and is very patient, soft spoken, thinks before he speaks, and is so loving and caring. He replaced Terry who I did not care for at all) and has lived beyond my expectations as her replacement. I always feel like he appreciates my feedback and concerns.
Edward is very missed. I am happy he is still within the company though. Edward is extraordinary professional (always dressed to perfection!) and attentive. I hope he is or becomes a leasing manager because he is amazing! He really does a great job making sure nothing slips through the cracks. I really enjoyed interacting with him when he worked here.
Ramon Ramon - what a hard worker. You are so blessed to have this sweet man here! I go out to the pool all the time and this guy is always doing something, it is amazing. Can a human being work more or harder or better than Ramon Ramon? I think not! From cleaning the BBQ, to cleaning the bathroom and mats, to making sure that the paint job in the parking lots is perfect, this guy does it all. Not only that but he always has a smile on his face and is an absolute angel to deal with. Honestly, if there was employee of the year this guy should win it. He is exceptional!!!! I absolutely love seeing him and always make sure to tell him hello.
Mike is someone I have interacted with on numerous occasions for maintenance requests. Mike is very hardworking, kind, quick and efficient, and does an excellent job. My place looks and feels brand new because of his ability to take care of my maintenance requests and I really appreciate him.
Leo is so fun loving yet very professional and hard working. I always feel so special interacting with Leo. He always make sure to say hello to me, even if I am driving by. He is also very hardworking (I know I say this a lot but this is a very hard working staff).
Jose - I am so thrilled that you hired him. He really completes your group. Just as the others, he is very hardworking and very nice. I don't know him as well as the others but I do know that him and Leo are always on it when it comes to getting stuff done.
