  • This was my first Montreal bagel, and perhaps it's simply that I don't appreciate Montreal bagels, or the ones we bought at 1 am weren't up to snuff, but I can't say I'm a fan. I found the everything bagel to lack flavor on the inside, though it was a little sweet, overly hard and chewy and almost stale, yet missing salt. The rosemary bagel was aromatic and significantly better, though I still don't think I'll need another given the texture. I will say that both were much improved with the salmon fume spread we bought to accompany the bagels. It's still interesting to see the bagel oven and bagels in the works. There's no space here to eat nor any tables or chairs or outdoor space, just a simple bagel shop, so grab 'n go. It's 24 hours so you too can visit post-drinks!
