Absolutely the worst theater I have ever been to. The only reason we went here was because the movie we wanted to see was playing at a more convenient time. And honestly after the experience I had, I would have rather saved my money and stayed home/went to a different theater.
The theaters are old. Practically all the chairs in the theater squeak, and it was so cold I wished I had a jacket despite it being August. The sound in the theater was awful as well. It had a weird echo to it and it was actually really distracting.
My biggest issue was the staff. Every person I encountered was so unpleasant and unhelpful. When asking the employee working concessions, he acted like it was a hassle answering his questions. The menu didn't explain all the combo options they have and he kept rolling his eyes when we asked. Then he charged us for our combo twice and rolled his eyes yet again when we pointed it out. I'm sure work was the last place he wanted to be at 10 pm on a Saturday night, but come on. Pay attention to what you are doing.
What really set me off was when we were walking in and the worker DEMANDED to look in my purse. I know regal is trying to step up their security, but that doesn't give someone the right to demand to look in my purse. Ask politely! I also felt super discriminated against since I was the only person in my group that was "searched." If you are trying to amp up security, you need to search everyone. Not just women's bags. There are more places to hide a weapon than just inside a bag.
Avoid this theater at all costs. It is dirty and the workers are the worst people ever. For the same exact price you can go to Galaxy theaters, where there is friendly staff, clean theaters, and the most comfortable seats
