  • Mollie Moreno, my stylist, makes me feel human again! Whether it's a cut or highlights, her work often gets me compliments. She should have her own Extreme makeover show. So glad you've been there for me for the last 10 years, Mollie-- combatting my husband-induced grey hairs and hippy apathy. In the last few years, Debbie, a receptionist, hasn't been a pleasure to deal with at the salon. She's been...not so nice to me, and seems to go out of her way to make scheduling difficult or impossible. I'm glad that Mollie now schedules for herself. At least l know l'll be treated well. People deserve to get great customer service when they bring their business someplace. Ironically, that's not always the case in Vegas, the land of service.
