  • Ugh. Here on Good Friday and the restaurant wasn't very busy, but we were seated for easily 10 minutes and the host brought chips, but we never met a server -although several were around. A table that arrived after us was greeted before we were and, ultimately, we decided to leave. We have had great experiences at both the original El Encanto and El Encanto Dos so this was a major disappointment.
